About us: Our Qualifications

I am a Web Design contractor.  For many years, I managed Marketing and Sales activities. During that time, I realized my creative production skills. Presence on the web was a rapidly growing market and I enrolled myself in Web Design classes. I have over 10 years experience in marketing and sales production in the consumer products, marketing research and information systems industries. I have a BA in Marketing from Florida International University and an MBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. I am a Master CIW Site Designer and Certified Internet Webmaster.

When I am not working or with my family, I am doing yoga. I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1997. It helps me to live a full life.

When I decided to become a Web Designer I searched for the best training and chose the CIW track. I have gained two (2) CIW professional certifications;

• Master CIW Site Designer and
• Certified Internet Webmaster

This certification demonstrates that I have training in various areas of web design, web page authoring, internet, networking fundamentals, and e-commerce. As a master CIW web site designer, I am experienced with:

• Design concepts, page layout and elements, navigation concepts, web graphics, multimedia, web development process, HTML standards and compliance, tables and page structure, HTML frames and metadata and cascading style sheets.
• Javascript, dynamic HTML, extensible markup language (XML), java applets, HTTP servers, cookies, plug-ins and databases.
• Web page authoring, hypertext markup language (HTML), HTML coding, hyperlinks, tables, forms, image techniques and frames.
• E-commerce strategies and practices, web marketing goals, online product promotion, site usability, consumer service methods, business-to-business and business-to-consumer frameworks, site creation packages, site server commerce edition, online catalog, payment gateways, transaction security and inventory and shipping data.
• Networking fundamentals, networking protocols, TCP/IP architecture and Internet addressing, server-side scripting and database connectivity and network security.
